if i am the petitioner in US and my mom is beneficiary in other country -

1) will the NVC send DS 3032 to me (petitioner) or mom (beneficiary) in other country?

2) can i have my mom fill in the DS 3032 in advance (she can mail me a copy even before we start the filing process)? and when she receives the DS 3032 from NVC, she can let me know by phone and i can just mail it from my home in US to NVC - is this feasible? looks like thats a faster way of getting NVC requested info?

3) also what if i just email NVC with choice of agent info - would that be enough or do I still have to send them signed DS 3032?

4) is it mandatory my mom has to email NVC? my mom doesn't have email add. so it wouldn't make sense. let me know guys.

1) The NVC will mail you both the DS-3032.

2) Yes, many people do this to make the process go a little faster.

3) You can do either one. Many people prefer e-mail because it turned out to be faster for us but others have not been so lucky and decided to mail it instead. It's up to you.

4) She can use whatever e-mail address she wants as long as the e-mail says that she's the one choosing the Choice of Agent.
