Can Additional Documents be sent to strengthen I-130 Case?

My case is currently pending at CSC. Been close to 6 months now. An interview for both I-130 & I-485 is imminent, but I wanted to strenghten my I-130 case by sending in additional proof of on-going and legitimate relationship. Is that possible? Might even get the I-130 expedited if the documents are accepted as evidence. Has anybody done that here?

I have never done that but your best shot is to be patient and when u get your interview date, take all the additional proof to strengthen your case.

There is no guarantee that what you send in will ever be matched up with your file before your interview. You would probably be better to hold on to the evidence and present it at the interview.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Thank You Chantpleure. I called CRIS yesterday regarding my case and was told the same story. Since my case always gets escalated to a higher level as the case is not viewable online. The lady said, Case is showing as pending and with the NBC. When processing is complete, it will be sent to the Field Office. So, I guess, i shouldn't even bother for another week or two:) If they had sent an interview letter, she probably would have told me over the phone. I am not sure, if its the NBC that sends out the interview letters and then sends the file to Field Office or is it the Filed Office that sends out the interview letter. Would you have any idea?
