This is what I dont understand my case with the California Service Center was approved April 29. I then got the case # from NVC to pay my 70.00 I paid it yesterday. The DS-3032 was sent to me not my husband. I see on a lot of peoples timeline that they emailed there DS-3032. Is this document on the website electronically. And how will I now what to do next? Please advise.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The VJ Wiki has a template email that the beneficiary can use and email to NVC. I advised a friend a few months ago to do this and they just got their visa so the email template works.

You can elect to email the Choice of Agent form to the NVC or to mail a signed hard copy. When I went through the process we did both. The mailed in copy was accepted weeks before the emailed copy was read. I'm not certain if the NVC has improved the speed at which they read the emails, but a few months back, mailing this form was easier.

I should note that I am the petitioner and I had a signed hard copy from my husband already. I mailed it to the NVC from here (US).
