I-864 Questions 23 and 25

what do I put for question 23? can I get this number off of my tax return or is it an estimate with papers to prove it?

for question 25, I have only filed taxes for 2008, and that was my first, and my latest.

Do I still check the first box and explain it on a seperate sheet or not check the box at all and just explain it.

Please help.

23 is your current income, and employer letter should indicate this, or an estimate using your paystubs.

25 just list 2008 return, and attach a copy of the return.

NOTE you can also use I-864EZ (IF you are sponsoring one immigrant, not using assets, and not using a joint sponsor)
