Hi everyone,

I just got the letter from USCIS where they approved my application for the removal of conditions on residency. I am so happy and can't believe that I did not get a RFE since my list of evidences was short and did not cover my whole marriage.

Here is my list of evidences that I sent along with my petition:

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- Copy of Green Card (back and front)

- Copy of Bank Account Statement (sent only for one month)

- Copy of Tax return 2007

- Copy of electricity bill and internet bill (one of each of recent month)

- Copy of car insurance policy

- 10 pictures

Here is my timeline:

- October 6th, 2008: sent petition I-751

- October 21st, 2008: received NOA

- November 13rd, 2008: received Biometrics appointment

- November 24th, 2008: biometrics done

- March 20th, 2009: received letter stating that my case has been transfered from VSC to CSV

- May 20th, 2009: got approved

Good luck for everyone who is still waiting!!

Maybe the reviewer saw your small stack of papers and passed up the thick ones!!!!!!

That's fast for VSC.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
