Why it is taking too long to approved I-130

HI All,

I am new to this forums. I have applied I-130 for my wife on Last July. On Jan 26 they asked me to send marriage certificate. I have done that . I have not hear anythings from them after Feb . I have also filed I-129F on 11/18/2008. I did recevice NOA1. I am not sure it is normal processing time or what? Does any one have problame like me. Thanks for your advice in advance.

Please fill in your timeline so we can better assist you. What center is the I 130 at? All I can say is take the initiative during this process and call, call, call!!!!

Met: 2004-07-18

Islamic marriage: 2006-07-31

Marriage : 2008-12-27

Entry San Fran 2009-09-27

Hubby is HOME!!!!

Received SSN 2009-10-06

Received welcome letter 2009-10-10

GREEN CARD!!! 2009-10-13

Driver's License 2009-10-26

HUBBY FOUND A JOB!!! after about 4 months of being here :)
