Item No. 7. I do have a small business and as of many businees did in this slow economy I had an incom of $12000.00 in 2008, which is not enough. But, what dose (report of commercial rating concern) mean?...

How do they rate the other assest?

Depostie in the bank $10,000.00

My IRA account about $10,000.00

Real state Hous market value 200,000.00 the mortgages is $140,000.00

With those figurs Dose any one know if this will be OK ?

Add in your assets and you should qualify.

Note assets are worth only 1/3 income. So if income falls below the line by 1000, then 3000 in assets will be needed to make up the shortfall.

"(report of commercial rating concern)" is old information.

The Consulates use the standards of the I-864 when reviewing the I-134, so look over form I-864's directions.
