I am new not only here but also in the forum-world. So hello!

My husband is Mexican and I currently live with him in Mexico but we want to start the process of moving to the US. We are just starting to learn about the whole process and hope to start filing perhaps next month! Any tips?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

03/14/2012 - Phoned USCIS again. 30 days has passed. no news. Took details again.

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!
