NO,

Nothing to worry about, denial of a NON-Immigrant visa (Student) should cause no problem with the K-Visa unless the reason for denial is the same type of reason for inadmissibility, for example overstaying a visa by more than 180 days.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

thanks alot please ,i was refused the visa because i was in a foreign country .

i was told to go and apply for the visa in my home ,but i never did .

please do u also know ,how long is a Police certificate valid ???

The refusal of student visa wont be an issue.

Police certs tend to be considered to be valid for 1 year only.

We are talking about things that happen at the visa interview stage, NOT when you file an I-129F.

i was refuse a student visa before ,will it affect my k1 visa ??

Make sure to keep/find all your student visa paper work denial and every thing you have presented to the consular on your past visa

thanks alot please ,that is very interesting ,what document should i fine ,please ,at the embassy after the denial of the visa the officer told

me to go to my home country and apply for the visa ,and the lady never gave me any document back . she gave me only the letter of admission .i never did reapply again in my home country.

so please can u help me and tell me WHAT TYPE OF PAPER WORK I HAVE TO FIND ????
