Hey whats up, hmm.. I got an issue I dont have a solution for yet.

My fiancee there in the philippines has moved, now her address on our petition is incorrect. She has no way of getting mail at that address now. The address change on the gov website is for us citizens or foiegners who have already entered the usa. How can I change the address for her Im wondering, since im only at the noa1 stage.

The only thing you can do now is write a letter stating what you need changed and mail it to the same address you mailed the petition too. The bad thing about it is it isn't even guaranteed to make it with you petition ... but it is ALL you can do at this point.

The reason I know is I called USCIS yesterday and had some information I needed changed as well ... and this is what she told me ...

We had the same thing happen to us. It is very simple. While at USCIS do not worry about it. Then when you get your NOA2 call NVC and have them change it. Also call the USEM when they get the file from NVC and make sure it was changed.
