there must be a reason for them to do this ..in most cases i saw like 98% have real reasons ..so can u share us some about u and ur Husband?

im sorry to hear this ..we all may have the same .so lets us now please .

You have no Idea what you are talking about to say that 98% of the time that they are right in making the decision that they do. Let's see when you have your interview if all goes well. It kills me when people think that there has to be something wrong with the relationship as a reason why some not all don't get their visa.

I don't understand.

He didn't know how many times that YOU were married? How many times were you married?

That is between her and her spouse. #######.

MuslimLady ...

i said `` most of the cases i saw `` so its upon experience ...they dont deny only if they have a reason cz the officers are required by LAW to represent a written explainations why they denied the visa and returned it back ...beside u dont have the right to answer by this way ...actually its not a muslim behaves to answer attacking ...and also GOOD ppl whtever Muslims or Chrisitians or Jews dont say the word ####### in public..tht represent your real personality ...

well ..i dont think i should even waste my time replying ur Insult ...

Ok. There was a misunderstanding. This is NOT helpful to Zarqa in her time of need. Please guys, really.

I do agree that if you can get the "real" reason that led her to say that the marriage was fake.. then you can address that if you get a chance at a second interview

You're in our thoguhts and prayers Zarqa.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

My husband visa was denied, they said this is a fake marriage I called my congressman they told me they will call me back, I try to keep the papers in Madrid to reschedule a new interview, anyone please with a case like that, tell me what to do.

this is crazy, I don't know what is next step, help please

2 things happened.

a) your husband botched the interview

B) or it really was a fake marriage

Your assertion that the embassy is out to get your husband just because it is far fetched.. Your claim gives no evidence why the embassy was "biased" against your husband..

Something happened weather in his response to the questions or in the evidence presented to give the consulate a reason to doubt the legitimacy of your marriage.. Just because you were denied doesn't mean automatically you were wronged and they are viilians.... We only hear your side of the story I'm sure if we had the consulate here now there would be a totally different side with evidence..

What's your evidence besides they were laughing at him? give us something substative and concrete thank you

You state the law but do you really think that they follow the LAW at all times? Who is there to make sure that they do? Because they don't always give a reason. One thing I know for sure is the American System, and people that are in the power to be, and what most of them could be like when it comes to MENA MEN!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps this is a touchy subject to me, and I am woman enough to say that I blew off some steam. No Where Man I do appologize for responding in the tone that I did to your response. But you can't judge my spiritual charactor nor my personality because of an acronym that I used.

To the OP-- consulate must have issued a reason of denial, did your husband get any official paper from the consulate?

If he did, then focus on that and read it carefully as to what the reasons has been given. If no official reason was given to your husband, you might want to email the consulate and ask for the reason or call them up.

As others have stated, you have to keep calling your congressman and see if they can step in with your case. You also need to give a detailed discription of what all went on the day of interview. Plus check your i-130, G-325 papers again, did you make any mistake regarding previous divorces or as such.

Look at all the red flags in your marriage, something like large age gap, or if someone attained LPR by marrying you previously.

Best wishes for the uphill battle ahead (F)

Well said and agreed.

Especially knowing your red flags. This may be a vital tool, then you know what "issues" to address as you proceed.

i do agree abt some things here ..but every case is different ..for instant ..

my wife result in giving a citizenship to someone before ..but he was already at the US on employment Visa ..and as USCIS apprved the petitions tht means the marriage was on good faith ..so believe thts not a problem ..

AGE gap .might be a reason if its REALLY BIG ..and i mean by really big like for instant 20 and UP ...

my true advise is ..everyone can have their petitoner to attend the Interview tht would be perfect and can help alot ..

my prayers for all of us ...

Yes every case is different and Consular's job is to evaluate the circumstances and work accordingly.

I had a big red flag in my own case, me and husband couldn't meet up physically after our marriage for 4 years, but we had valid reasons and we backed our reasonings with official documentation. USC husband had a major bike accident, spent months in hospital care, after that it was a battle to find job and other financial decisions. Anyways just saying that every case is different and every couple has their own battle to fight.

May be OPs husband fumbled through the interview, I seen a girl who was interviewed the day I was, she was very nervous, even though she passed the interview but she was telling me how she made the mistake by saying wrong D.O.B of her husband..........now that's a big mistake but I guess the consular did see through that she was really nervous and they might not have had any other red flags.

yeah everyone has his own fight and case ....

its sad tht some CO have personal problems ..and some countries have problems at US consulates ...but i hope most of us can consider my idea of getting the USC t attend the Interview ...i believe the red flags can be cleared better by the USC (LPR through previous marriage or big age gap or other red flags ) at least it leave the sick CO no way to say NO ...if all documents are presented and clear ..and answers are convincing and identical everywhere .

Out attacking people again? WOW!! You really are a vicious person aren't you? And using foul language now? Tsk tsk tsk...

Find it hard to believe that you can twist a person's words to look so ugly. Says a lot about your character... again I say your CHARACTER not religion, race or even sex.

Let me clarify this MUSLIMLADY, the OP said the problems was the CO asked how many times SHE (Petitioner) got married before, and he replied something. Could it be that she was married before and it was dissolved but they didn't disclose it? Or they did not include the papers in hence the denial?

Now, see... perfectly good clarification. There was no need to go bite people's head. If you can't understand english properly, as you seem to be having trouble lately, please do not go around spreading your hateful self. Inflicting your sad and pathetic personality all over VJ. The OP asked for help, naturally everybody is interested to know the details. If she wanted to keep it private then she shouldn't have posted her situation here.

This is my last response for you, I am not stooping to your level wasting my time typing words in my defense. Let your God and my God be the judge between the two of us.
