Someone please expalin what this is to me please! I sent what i thought was all required paperwork to immigration and they approved it after five months (NOA1 and NOA2). It was then sent to the NVC, and then they notified me that it was sent to manila. manila says I can call for appointment date for our interview. Now someone asks me if my fiance's documents have been qualified. I guess that's where I get lost. I thought as long as she has all her paperwork (police clearance , birth certificate, passport, paid visa application receipt, etc.) with her when she goes for exam and interview, we were covered. Now i read somewhere that the visa center must qualify her documents??? I'm confused...please help!

for awhile applicants were required to submit documents to NSO for verification of accuracy. this step was omitted in late 2008. the docs will still be scrutinized. however you have been taken out of this loop. the embassy does it without your involvement......
