On the I134, they want the value of "personal property", do I need to make a list of my personal property and the value of each item to go along with this form or do they just want the value of all without a breakdown of the items?? I guess I'm thinking way too much!! lol

Yeah you are over thinking this. Make it easy on yourself. Just give them a ball park number that makes sense.

Do you have job? Is your verifiable income enough to meet the guidelines. If yes, leave all the asset information BLANK. It is not needed. Your personal property is not likely to make a difference unless you have a LOT of personal property. Assets other than cash or income are valued at 1/3 for the I-134. So nearly $60,000 in personal property is needed to qualify. A job paying $18,500 will do the trick for two people.

If you have a decent job, it is just a can of worms you do not need to open
