I loves me some white asparagus:

I'd punch someone in the face if they gave me asparagus that big!

I wonder if the batteries are included. :P

 so that's why the germans like that so much. :hehe:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I recently introduced my wife to asparagus, she loves it. Purchased some, but asked where is it, she said she cooked it and ate it, so I purchased some more, but this time made her promise I get at least one stem. One stem I did get, but that was all.

Really I can say the same for you.....last night in the n00b thread....I laughed so hard at those last sets of pics you posted that I injured the fur trapper ( who was strictly from commercial ).

NickD,

There are no asparagus in Cambodia. I also introduced it to my wife. Well, she is now hooked on it!

With or without the batteries?

I was also introduced to asparagus once I came here.....off course without batteries since husband dearest would be jealous of the 1 inch juicy thickness.
