I-130 processing (Singapore)

My wife will be processed for the I-130 in Singapore, I have heard rumors that Singapore processing is faster than other countries. I know that the I-130 will be processed at the NVC for so long, but after that maybe it will move along quicker. What do you all think?

Texas_Ark_Ana,

I think your post is rather confusing. The I-130 will be processed at a USCIS Service Center, unless you have filed it directly with the US consulate in Singapore (DCF).

So what are you asking about - the petition or a visa application? If a visa application, K3 visa or immigrant visa?

Right now I'm waiting for the I-129 to be approved and I have receipt date of March 13. My I-130 is already approved and I was wanting to go the K-3 route, but there has been rumors about K-3's being really slow now. So the question that I was asking is, after the NVC completes the processing of the I-130 and forwards it to Singapore, will the process move faster in that country compared to other countries? I have heard that because Singapore don't process that many visa applications that it wouldn't be long for your interview after they receive your completed petition.
