Q for all AOS for Civil Surgeon--immunization

Me and my husband are trying to weigh our decision on this Immunization record part. He spent the 180 pound in the uk at his medical (through the k-1 visa) to get all the stuff done and his vaccination record. He had all his shots done before the medical and therefore all records were forwarded to knightsbridge and a DS-3025 form was written up for him and signed (by a nurse/doctor?? not sure which one)

my husband doesnt like the fact that we might have to contact a civil surgeon and spend a little more money to get the I-693 just stating what the DS-3025 already says, that hes had all his shots done.

my question.....

has anyone sent the AOS papers and were okay with using the DS-3025

has anyone sent the AOS papers and had a RFE

of course there are going to be stories on both sides....but i want to hear peoples stories and kind of out weigh what our decision needs to be. We really wanted to send all of this tomorrow.

I have read of some who send a copy of DS-3025 and had no problem, HOWEVER form I-485 directions specifically indicates that you MAY include an I-693, NOT the DS-3025.

I have read of others who get an RFE for the I-693.

Pinned at the top of this forum is information about a doctor in TX that will do the transcribing for about $30 by mail.
