I can't eat clam chowder (at least not the New England variety) after having seen "Fight Club." <_<

For those at home who are using the Bunn machine, are you using 18% coffee cream? Or the US equivalent? That is what they use at Timmie's and that really kicks the flavour up when you brew it at home to match the instore experience. That is what they told me to do at Timmies here in BC when I complained that it didn't taste the same.

Indeed, that is what they use at Timmie's and it DOES make a difference. 18% is very hard to find here in St. Louis. I have found it, and used it, and it's works wonderfully. The water flowing through a Bunn is wonderful as well, as it's probably the most hot of all the coffee makers.
