Are you actually using third person to talk about yourself??????????

Hail Cesar, anyone???

The Emperor has no clothes.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

That's a pretty good kick the cop delivers... personally I think the cop should probably be reprimanded in some way, I don't really have an opinion on exactly what's appropriate punishment considering the kind of ####### cops get to deal with though, it's a complicated position. What really pisses me off about this video is that this criminal who apparently put a great many other lives in danger (I read he crashed into two other vehicles before running on foot) is going to sue, and he's going to win, and it's going to be a large settlement. Finally, he probably will get off lightly or completely be let off for whatever he did in the first place. Criminals should not be allowed to profit from the crimes they commit, we actually have proffiteering laws... so why are they allowed to sue the police when the police use inappropriate force detaining them for their crimes?

the gentleman who was kicked in the head is in the above photo: Richard Rodriguez, 23, of El Monte, will likely be booked on felony evading police and obstructing police officers, police said. Rodriguez was on parole.

a link to the news article: El Monte Police kick suspect in head after dangerous chase through four cities

from the article:

Three men led police on a high-speed chase through city streets in Baldwin Park, El Monte and South El Monte neighborhoods Wednesday afternoon before crashing into a car in Pico Rivera, police said.

During the chase, police officers believe they saw one of the suspects throw something out of the car. They noted the location and are investigating, Carlson said.

At another point in the 30-minute pursuit, the car was briefly delayed in traffic on Ramona Boulevard near the 605 Freeway. One of the three suspects got out of the car and surrendered.

The car then sped off.

Police are not sure why the driver fled. The car was not reported stolen. Carlson said it might have something to do with whatever was thrown from the car.

"One of them was throwing gang signs during the pursuit," the lieutenant added.
