Bringing my mom in US

I came in US with H2B visa ( noinmigrant visa ) then i meet my wife . Now i am permanent resident for about 3 years. I want my mom to visit us to see her grandson and the new baby coming in june. Would be a problem for her at embassy to get visa for visiting? Would the embassy from my county check the information and visa i left the county and my status here in US. Thank you!

No it shouldn't be a problem at all, you came in with a legal visa, then what happened is not questionable. What she needs to do is say the truth that she is coming to see you and that you are a legal resident. She needs to prove she has a life in her country and that she is only visiting you.

They said that they have no guarantee she will be back. they said she is coming to babysit . Do you guys think its worth it to apply again in 3 months? Will they deny her again for same reason?

Yes, she will because information given in the form such reason for your visit stay in the Consulate computer database, if she apply again in 3 months and she changes the reason they are going to be sure she is lying.

You cannot sponsor your mom until you become a citizen. Once that happens, you can go ahead and for bringing parents.
