Hello everyone ~ just wanted to share yet another fabulous day in my life.

My husband, Hassen had his interview today at 11:00 am (Tunisia time) & HE PASSED!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

:D (Cant stop smiling & hands are still shaking!) :D

Don't have all the details yet but will post when I do, to add more joy to an already incredible day - he was congratulations & to come back to the embassy tomorrow and pick up his visa!!!!

Thanks to everyone here for being a crutch, a rock & books of knowledge when we needed it. Wish you all well in your journeys!

May 17, 2010 - Biometrics letter rec'd

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I think I am as excited for you as I was when Ahmed got his Visa. I am soooo happy for you and Hassen. I know this has been a LONG journey and you and Hassen deserve all the happiness in the world. You know we love you guys. CONGRATULATIONS SISTER!!!!!!!!!!!

We are looking for our tickets to come there RIGHT NOW!!! LOL Can't wait to get into trouble!! :devil::devil:
