The solicitor general's office did not respond to the decision after the court asked me to have it sent by a courier. Keep the waybill or the receipt because that is where the court will base the number of days for you to wait. The court just told me to wait for 20 days(I can't remember or maybe 30). If nothing came from the mail about it then they can issue you the Finality which you can use to have your NSO annotated MC. The court employees told me that solgen do not usually respond to civil cases like annulment as they have more pressing cases to look into. I hope that helps.

hello again po.,

ako ulit., ask lang po ako about sa annulment, im expecting the decision this week na, and hindi ko alam what dapat gagawing move after i have the decision na., salamat po ulit.,

GOD BLESS US!

After the decision, wait for the court to release your finality, they will ask you to have it certified(decision and finality),then register it at the local civil registry office where your marriage took place, after a few weeks, they will issue you a certificate of registration, and together with all the documents that you have, submit it at the NSO east ave. area b together with a filled up application form for marriage cert, pay the fee at the cashier and after 10 working days, you'll get your annotated MC.

good luck

I got the decision last friday po and advice me to go to the solgen's office to avoid delay., Is it true po that theres a possibility that the solgen might appeal and its the reason why theres a delay.,? I thought po i have to wait 15 working days after I got my decision., Im really so confuse po., Please help me., maraming salamat!

GOD BLESS!

You dont have to go to the solgen's office. After 15 days or so,you can go back to the court and ask for your finality, the clerk of court is the one who releases it.

good luck
