After the decision, wait for the court to release your finality, they will ask you to have it certified(decision and finality),then register it at the local civil registry office where your marriage took place, after a few weeks, they will issue you a certificate of registration, and together with all the documents that you have, submit it at the NSO east ave. area b together with a filled up application form for marriage cert, pay the fee at the cashier and after 10 working days, you'll get your annotated MC.

good luck

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.

pardon me but am confuse  .... if your annulment process is currently on going and decision will be finalize yet this week- your timeline says you have already filed I129F - so what happened to the "availability to marry" when your marriage isn't dissolve yet. (on process)

anyway...i hope u get them all together in your favor. :star:

ops ....wait..."case in deferment", maybe this answers my confusion.

hi!

how were you able to file I-129F if you havent gotten the annulment decision? I remember there's a portion in the form where you need to state the date of the previous marriage ended and/or in G-325A where you had to fill up the date and place of termination of marriage, how did you fill it up?

in our case, we waited for the finality of my annulment before we started filing for the K1. im now almost done with the certification and getting ready for NSO MC annotation. i just hope you'd get yours fast and in time for your interview.

good luck!

hi, there! seems like your case is a little complicated.

it took me 14 months from the date we filed the annulment till we got the finality. my fiance attached only a copy of finality/decision when he filed for I-194F and i am getting my annotated marriage cert from NSO next week for my USEM interview on june 11.

i dont think you need to go to solgen, your lawyer should be doing these things for you. please write to me about your case. i hope to be of help to you.

good luck and God bless!
