Hello Every One,

Just two questions please, on the typical AOS time line

1. How long (typically) from the AOS Biometric Appointment, until the AOS Interview Appointment?

2. How long (typically) from the AOS Interview Appointment, until receipt of Green Card?

THANK YOU & God Bless !!!

I filed my AOS last week of March 2009, case transfered on April19 , biometric April 22, and recieved a Welcome notice in my mailbox May 18, 2009 but my approval of green card and work permit was last May 11, 2009. My application was approved in just a short time. But, as far as i know every case is different. So, your's might finish earlier or later only the immigration officer knows.

It changes from one case to another & from one person to another, there is no typical time frame.

USCIS says "We process cases in order we receive them" is a big Bulls@@t.

Same answer as above

If your case is transferred to CSC, it usually requires NO INTERVIEW. Every case is different though.

All cases are adjudicated by officers @ NBC in Missouri. They decide to send the case either to CSC (No Interview) OR

Local USCIS Office (Interview).

I can answer # 2. I think if you are approved at an interview, then you should expect to recieve your green card within 30 days. I was approved at the interview on May 10th and recieved the card May 22, so ten days for me.
