My Senator's office said that mine was sent 6/23 (same as everyone else at CSC has posted). Good news I guess....

The bad news: CSC told her that they have NO DIRECTIVES as to how to proceed with cases once they have the RFEs.:clock:

The OK news: They go in order of RFEs received, hopefully with some reference to NOA1 dates, as others have said. They are open on Monday so feel free top FedEX back.

Better news: They do hope to adjudicate cases within 30 days. With no directives, not sure how that will happen. But I will take any glimmer of hope I can.....

When I spoke with my senator's office yesterday she gave a convoluted explanation that while they were sending out the RFEs that she didn't believe they would be actually processing them according to IMBRA but that they were just collecting that information until a point they could actually use the new data. She was confused and her explanation was not too good but in light of your statement maybe there is some truth too it. Hope, we find out soon.

It is confusing. She has been told twice that they hope to adjucate the cases in 30 days. We shall see in the next week or two....so frustrating though. All this waiting is torture.

i hope your next post would be IT's HERE!!!!!!!!!!! :)

me too!!!!!!!!!!

Sad, but likely true! They have sent RFE's to California filer's in front of the Embassy recalls. This is not right. I filed in March. The Embassy people should be first, surmising they sent the RFE in quick. Lets look at this objectively. Things are not moving as we had hoped. But, things are moving. That does show progress.

Any progress is good.
