Thay don't need me to set them right. They have the right to their opinions. How is this relevant anyway, what Europeans do? We're not in Europe and our government isn't their government. We have our own history.

So far, everyone is dancing around the demonstrable fact that our government fails at big government programs. Please, please. If you think you know what would make our universal care system immune from the blunders that befall other government controled programs, spit it out. Otherwise, you have lost the argument that we need to surrender more money and control for this.

Social Security is a ponzi scheme. Even the government admits it will soon fail under the rising number of retirees and elderly vs. the shrinking number of contributors.

I hope not, but under universal health care, we could give them that kind of power.
