I am about to mail my AOS package.

Take a look below at what I am attaching and let me know if I am missing anything.

Should I include photos?

I am planning to attach cashier's checks and mail it USPS express certified w/ return receipt. Would you recommend that?

I-130 Cover Letter:

- Payment in the amount of $355.

- I-130

- G-325A and (2) passport style photos (Petitioner)

- G-325A and (2) passport style photos (Beneficiary)

- U.S. Passport (Petitioner)

- Marriage Certificate

- Joint Bank Account Verification Letter

- Joint Automobile Insurance

- Vehicle Registration

- Rental Agreement (current)

- Rental Agreement (past)

I-485 Cover Letter:

- Payment in the amount of $1,010.

- I-485.

- G-325A and (2) passport style photos (Beneficiary)

- I-765.

- I-693.

- U.S. B-2 Visa (Beneficiary)

- I-94 (Beneficiary)

- Birth Certificate (Beneficiary)

- Brazilian Passports (Beneficiary)

- I-864 and supporting documents:

- Bank Account Verification Letter

- Fictitious Business Name Statement (New)

- Business Mailbox Agreement (New)

- Fictitious Business Name Statement (Old)

- Fictitious Business Name Abandonment (Old)

- Receipt of business purchases

- Tax Return transcripts/copy for the last 3 years (2008, 2007, 2006)

-1099 forms for 2008

05/19/09 Sent AOS Package (I-130, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864)

05/20/09 USCIS received AOS Package 10:43 am

05/26/09 Received NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765

05/26/09 Received biometrics appointment for 06/13/09

06/13/09 Biometrics taken for I-485 and I-765

06/15/09 Notified USCIS of incorrect name spelling

06/20/09 Received letter from USCIS- name corrected

06/27/09 Received Interview Letter for 8/13/09

07/12/09 I-765/EAD approved! (online)

07/16/09 Received EAD!

07/20/09 Applied for SSN.

08/05/09 Received SSN (mail).

08/10/09 touch (I-485, I-130)

08/13/09 Interview...Approved!

I would recommend you use Express Mail by USPS (it's a bit expensive than Registered Mail, but it's the quickest, safest way for your package to get there). If you mail your package today, it will be received tomorrow. And yes, I would recommend that you attach some photos. I did both when I sent my AOS package. All the best. :)

Received I-797C Notices of Action: 2/23/09

Biometrics Taken: 3/11/09

Schedule for Interview: 5/11/09 (pls see review on My Timeline)

Received EAD by mail: 4/23/09

GC Card Ordered: 5/11/09 (received email from CRIS; Case Status is also updated)

10-year GC received: 5/13/11

N-400 Timeline:

Mailed Application: 5/31/12 (Express Mail)

Received @Phoenix AZ Lockbox: 6/1/12

Cashed check: 6/6/12

Received Form I-797C from USCIS: 6/7/12
