Salwa, I didn't mean to make things worse for you. I know that I have read that many times when the beneficiary is female they don't put as much emphasis on AR/AP as they do for males. It would probably be wise to prepare yourself for the possilbilities as they exist.

I feel and know well every word you said. If it helps you to put your frustration on me, I can carry it. I've needed it too at times. Yep, it's a painful process, but we gotta get through this. Take a deep breath and continue on. You have something to work towards and that is preparing yourself for your interview. Take one day at a time and try to focus on the little things that make you happy.

Salwa, I'm sorry you're depressed. I hope my words didn't hurt you. I just meant what some of the other ladies have said about this being the norm and it's good to have a date to look forward to. Try to make the best of this time and have faith that you will get thru this and be w/ your husband soon. They say it's like childbirth & once you're finally together, you will forget the pain you suffered to get here. Keep your eyes on the prize! :luv:

Salwa, Sorry you are feeling depressed. It is so hard to believe the differences in how each US embassy functions in various countries. I guess some of them are just more busier than others or some are run more efficiently than others. I cant explain it. I hope the time passes quickly and you will be with your husband soon.
