Waiting on NVC for a case complete? Interview?

NVC entered my ds-230 yesterday in to their system. Thats the update from me.

BTW,

Do you guys send the copy of your I864 to your spouses? Do tehy need to carry those documents with them, when i already submited the original to NVC.

my hubby will send me a copy of the I864 he sent to NVC and any other documents i could use in my on my interview...Ü

Yep! make sure to take it with you just in case they can't find the original one on your interview day!

AVR change to document missing, most probably it is RFE for bringing PCC at time of interview. what do u think?

i did not submited PCC with DS-230 package.

That is a good sign!!! this sounds like you should call NVC tomorrow and your case might be completed!!

Well guy! I have an interview date! Well I should say that I have 2 since they schedule my K-3 interview for 7/22 and my CR-1 for 8/19, which I will try to use my K-3 interview date and if everything goes well my wife will get her CR-1 that day. I ask at the embassy about 2 weekago and they told me that as long as they have our CR-1 file with them at the time of the K-3 interview we will be good to go and it should be there way ahead of time.

NO! YOU WILL RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITH YOUR OFFICIAL INTERVIEW LETTER AS SOON AS THEY SCHEDULED IT.

AVR says that NVC has sent the letter regards to missing document on 22nd. i guess they have send it by mail since i have not received in email.

i also got the similiar REF today. AVR was saying that they have snt me REF on June 24 th and i got email today june 25th that they reviewdmy documents and i need to sent DS-230. Which they have received it on June 22nd.

I don't know if this is false rep or what?

It's better that you call NVC and talk to the operator, just to be sure..

so, i FINALLY got a letter from NVC giving me my IIN....they SCREWED UP MY ADDRESS. From 106 to 104....I AM SO PISSED OFF. i copy everything before i send it out and i can see that i did NOT make the mistake. i can't believe that due to them, i have wasted over a month and a half waiting for this ish.....

All douments like proof of relationship, letters,emails,airlines tickets, hotel bills.pictures, messenger logs and eveything that can proof our relationship, including my wife pregnancy test...........!
