Waiting on NVC for a case complete? Interview?

Called NVC to check to see if our case is on final riview but nothing is happening Will keep calling hoping that we get our case completed early this week.

This is kiilling me!!!!!! I can't wait becuase the timming is important to be able to use our K-3 interview on June 22nd as CR-! and this wait is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!

but i see ur K3 Interview in June 23 i guess ...

if ur case complete that week , GOD willing u may get an Interview for July , if not then u wait the next assign times ..so either ways i believe ur K3 is to come first ..so investigate this with ur embassy if they can put the K3 on hold till u do the CR-1

I also was hoping to convert K3 (Jun 9th) interview to CR1. I didn't have success since my case is stuck in so called final review from past three weeks. Haven't been 15 business days yet so can't do much. Anyway my wife is going to go for her K3 interview and visit me on that. Once she gets her CR1 interview she will go back for it. This is going to cost me $600 for her return tickets but she will get to spend time with me.

As far as I know you have option to either do AOS or go back to you country and do CR1 interview.

My last RFE was entered into their system on the 2nd and got our case completed on the 8th. So, give them at least 3 days to complete your case, but I can see that your RFE was entered into their system on the 5th, so it will be done very soon. You are just couting days. Try logging into the NVC website and once it fails, it's a good sign that the next day or 2 you will have your case completed. Good luck!

I'm in big surprised. I completed my case on the 8th and I got my interview appointment letter in my email today, dated 06/09/09 for July 28, 09 interview. this is great!

Guys, what are tax transcripts? Isn't that just the tax forms we filled out when we did our taxes at the end of the year? Or is there some official forms we need to get from the IRS? I ususally just did my taxes either handwritten forms or online and made copies of what I did. Will that suffice?

You have to call IRS and request your tax transcrips, this will be all information about your taxes from 2006,2007 and 2008. There is no cost for tris and ones you call them they will now what are you talking about, they will only ask you which years you need.

Yeah My Case is also slow they have just added RFE in NVC.. My wife in in Pakistan and waiting it.... Operator are very rude at NVC need to complain Department of State...
