hi guys!

i got my interview date just this morning

on July 21,2009 at 8:30am in Manila

my case completed on May 22, and i got my schedule June 2, so it was 11 days from my completion..

as long as ur case got completed on or before 2nd week this month im sure u will still be schedule for July too..

hope to meet your family at the medical..

Ah ok thanks!! By the way I received a false RFE on NVC AVR this morning,,, Almost cried,,, :D Told the wife about it,,, but had to joke with her 1st.. :) When are you going to take your medical? Let my wife know,, she might tag along. Good Luck!!

Hey guys!! I hope everyone is getting their stuff settle soon!!! I called NVC today and they haven't done anything with the papaer that we sent to them (RFE) and we hope that they get their thing together and give us our case completed this week! Is this too much to ask? Well for NVC it might be too much! :angry:

As soon as you have to submmit all documents with the DS-230 to NVC you have to send your divorse paper! Make sure you send the "originals" otherwise the will not give you a completed case ultil you send originals! THAT'S WHAT IS HAPPENDING TO ME ADN I HAD TO SEND MY WIFE'S ORIGINALS!!

but i see ur K3 Interview in June 23 i guess ...

if ur case complete that week , GOD willing u may get an Interview for July , if not then u wait the next assign times ..so either ways i believe ur K3 is to come first ..so investigate this with ur embassy if they can put the K3 on hold till u do the CR-1

thts the only best solution
