Waiting on NVC for a case complete? Interview?

Got an RFE don't know how long it's gonna take to sort out :crying:

They want tax returns and w2's from me the beneficiary who is not a US Citizen or LPR has never lived or worked in the USA :bonk: and they want a co-sponsor even though we used liquid assets amounting to more than 20 times 125% of poverty guidelines. :clock:

No mistake we got the checklist and I did try talking to them but they don't seem to get it they want a letter form me explaining why I have not filed tax returns so that's another 100 bucks to pay to get it there in just under a week.

March 20, 2009 - NOA2 (email)

March 25, 2009- NOA2 (hardcopy Received)

June 5, 2009 CASE COMPLETED AT NVC

June 9, 2009 Interview Date Assigned

July 16, 2009 Interview AP

August 24, 2009 DOS Operator said "VISA HAS BEEN ISSUED TODAY" Alhamdulillah

August 26, 2009 call from embassy to PICK UP THE PASSPORT :-)

August 27, 2009 Picked up the passport... woohooo!!!

September 9, 2009 US Entry InshaAllah

October 13, 2009 SSN and green card in mail DONE WITH USCIS until husband applies for his citizenship!!

The journey of 4 years, 8 months, and 3 weeks has ended!!!

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

my case completed on May 22, and i got my schedule June 2, so it was 11 days from my completion..

as long as ur case got completed on or before 2nd week this month im sure u will still be schedule for July too..

hope to meet your family at the medical..

Well, I'm still waiting too. We got an RFE on the I864 because I hadn't put in another copy of my passport - didn't realize NVC doesn't see I130 info and also they wanted a I864a from my mom who filled out an I864 because we don't live together. Then I got a false RFE - I think that's what it is because they are done with our ds230, but don't have the requested info from the I864 RFE back. I had to sign it and mail it from Slovakia to Wisconsin and then my mom sent it off on Friday, so we'll see. She just sent it regular mail since we aren't in such a big hurry, but I do hope that they get it this week because I can still hope for a July interview if I finishes the first week of June I think. I hope that they can just add the info and finish it in a few days.
