:blink: We are still waiting for our case to be completed from NVC to see if we can finally be together for our wedding anniversary and it will be a double celebration since my wife is about two and a half month pregnant!!!! Before I was anxious but knowing that we are having a baby a single day feels like a month. :wacko:

We are also waiting for our case to be complete. We got a RFE but we already sent the form back so we're hoping it'll be complete by next friday. Congratulations on your baby

Thank you guys! we are very happy about our new baby specially my wife which is her first. NVC recieved our DS-230 doc's on the 14th and I hope too that no later than Friday we get a case complete so we can moved to the next phase. We are also waiting for K3 interview which I think will be assing by this Wednesday and we hope that we can use that interview for CR1 if the timing is perfect which I don't see why not!! Everything is in God hands!!!

its because of the I-864, my hubby just filed his return for 07 this year,so he was not able to send his AOS on time..

hey guys , I envy you , as my husband and I have been waiting for words about the status of my petition; here is the story, we were married june last year ; before coming here for the wedding he has already paid the lawyer the full amount , and while he was still here , i have already send copies marriage contract and biographic data which my husband brought for me to siagn; he went back to the US July after a month of staying here, and it was only November when lawyer was able to file the petition; the waiting time is too much , I would like to follow up on it here but how can I ,we dont know the receipt or case number of the petition; I asked my husband to follow up on his end with the lawyer, and said maybe this May but there is no guarantee ; we have so much wanted to be together , that I have even applied for B-2 twice and was denied; please anyone , care to comment on the situation ?

tHE ONLY THAT I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT AT LEAST THE WAITING TIME FOR A PETITION NOW IS ALO LESS THAN WHAT IS WAS BEFORE, PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR TIME LINE AND TELL YOUR HUSBAND TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THE LAWYER BECUASE THEY HAVE TO MUCH ON HAND THAT THEY MOST OF THE TIME DELAY THE PROCESS BECUASE THEY TAKE TOO LONG. WE DID NOT USE ANY LAWYER AND HOPEFULY THIS JOURNEY WILL BE OVER SOON! GOOD LUCK.
