Hi,

We are using the US citizen's passport as proof of citzenship. We are just crossing the box "Birth in the US" under the question 10. My citizenship was acquired through.

Then we are putting n/a for the number.

We are assuming as we are not parents etc that we don't need to fill out the rest of question 10? Is this correct? Any help appreciated.

Pretty much correct - most will not list anything in the box below but there certainly is no harm in putting "Birth in the US" there.

That's what we did (so did many before/after us) and had no issues...
