ok like I said, I brought my passport, NOA2, and any medical reports xrays you want to show them. of course, the payment. the interview date is of no consequence to the medical in my case, I did not have an interview date but went ahead and did the medical. one thing you SHOULD be concerned with is has your fiancee submitted her documents for NSO document verification? that is the one thing that delays a lot of people! my document verification was done and cleared even before my medical was completed LOL!

here is a link for step by step, its in the philippine forum, under pinned thread k1 step by step manila embassy. good luck

also with regards to calling them, it always helps if the USC calls them not your fiancee, when we were doing it and i called, they refused to talk to me (same with the US Embassy in Manila) but when he called, everyone would provide every info, until eventually they were even nice to me when i called LOL! thats only coz my hubby would bombard them with calls following up on my paperwork

Document verification is NO LONGER required. The link in the previous post has a lot of outdated information in it.
