Clarity please!

I have a Priority date of Jan 2003 for a F1 category application.

According to the latest Visa Bulletin, applications with a PD of Nov 2002 are being processed.

Thats only 2 months difference.

At what point will I receive the paperwork for the next stage, i.e. DS-3032 Choice of Agent. Do you think its odd that I have receieved it yet?

When I check my case status online, there is nothing new to report.

Please tell me if I am being impatient, I am just a little worried that perhaps the DS 3032 has been sent and we haven't received it.

Don't worry if you don't know the outcome.

Let your highest ideals guide you through the process.

In the end, it's your integrity that will have the most impact on your happiness.

The dates on the USCIS web site are not set in stone and they may change at any time. If your case hasn't changed online that means that your petition has not been approved. They will notify you via e-mail and regular mail when it has been approved. Then they will send your approved petition to the NVC where they will assign you a case # and then send you your DS-3032.
