Thanks to all of you for your replies. Muslimlady37, I really would love to but someday when I have free time. But here is the most dramatic one.

When our case was returned. I called the USCIS. They told me that it will take at least 6 months for the to review our case and to only contact after the 6 months. I went to Morocco. came back then called them. By now it was almost 10 months. They said, they dont have my case. I was like, what the hell%^$#. So I called the consulate, then the NVC. both of them talked good and sent emails saying they sent it. In terms of consulate, they even gave the Letter #. Anyway, I setup an appaointment with the local USCIS office. They looked my papers and said, they will contact the service centers. They called back and left a message saying they dont have my case. I was like what can I do? Answer was, we dont know. So mailed to Ombdusman office in washington DC and requested help. After some 3 months or so waiting, they send me email saying they have my file but it is under bg pile of files. Waited some time, setup another appointment with USCIS with same result. Final, I told the guy at the USCIS that they dont have my case is not working what should I do, Should I file another one, and he said may be. So I filed another I-130 file. Fast forward, just like 1 month ago, I called the USCIS to tell me what happened to my old file. Did the same, and sent me letter adter 20 days or so saying, we dont have it, call NVC and the consulate. I was like, take to hell. Anyway, that is small version of what we have been through. I know there are people who were worse than us, so our case was not unique. Anyway, wish all of you guys success. Also, just they say no, should not make you give up.

What a long hard journey you guys have had. (F)

 congrats on finally being able to be together here :D

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
