Well even though I have yet to get my 10-year GC I am still going to apply on 06/09 for citizenship.

I had a question about taxes due. Well I owe some and I am going to check YES on the question they ask related to that and have also applied for a payment plan from the IRS (fingers crossed). Anyone else been in a simillar situation? What evidence needs to be submitted?

Just submit last three years tax returns - its not an issue if you have paid the taxes or not - having filed is what they want to see. You can carry the payment docs with you for the interview, but I doubt they will ask for it. Good Luck
