you have proven yourself already to be bonehead as the other person who commented that there was any wriggle room...both idiotic remarks...there is no wriggle room at all when it can be proven you did not enter the marriage in good faith

Obviously your behavior from the beginning suggests you do not think clearly in this matter. And I say that with respect and kindness.

You came on initially with one email. It was suggestive of fraud to all of us, but you continued with the application process.

You must have thought one of two things: either the marriage could be rescued (delusional in my view), in which case her intentions were sincere in your view. That muddles things. We do not know everything except that there are two sides to the story and we are hearing only one.

On the other hand, you might have agreed it was fraud and then participated materially in that fraud and were an accessory to it for reasons we do not know.

If you had initially revoked the application and asserted fraud with all the evidence you now say was there (much more than in the initial thread) it would have been cut-and-dried.

But the fact you did not do that has muddled things. The evidence for fraud is now in this new story so overwhelming from the outset, it makes it inconceivable that you followed through with the application process.
