Return envolpe with stamp for US residence

Hi every one,

I'm sending out the package 3 to the US Embassy in Turkey, on behalf of my fiancée who lives in Iran, now I’m wondering if it is also necessary or recommended by any one to send a pre-stamped/labeled envelope along with the package, just incase if they want to ask for any info or to be used by the embassy to send me the appointment letter?

If is recommended, should I use, DHL or UPS and how should I do it, should I just give them my account number ask them to bill it to the account number?

I had sent my doc to Iran, and she had sent them via DHL last Wedensday. I did not include a self stamped envelope. It is good to have someone in the same situation, lets keep eachother updated.

Pre stamped with what postage ? To mail from another county you need to use their local postage and overseas postage is frequently based on the weight of the item
