No interview date for ghana embassy

Hi everyone, im a little disappointed, i was unable to get an interview date this time around. my case was completed on april 22, NVC told me to check 2nd week of june for an interview date. i dont understand why ghana takes so long to set up interviews. well congratulations to those of you with interview dates, and good luck to those of you with upcoming interviews, prayers for all of you. Look on the bright side of things. Atleast your case is completed and you are waiting for the interview. Just remember the days you was just praying for your I130 to be approved by USCIS. You are almost there, and may GOD grant your husband and mine their Visa's.

alot of Interview assigning seen last 10 days also of every month ...

so dont be sad abt it ..just wait with us for it ..it will come no doubt

Hi,

Not to worry...it can take up to 30 days before your husband will get his letter inviting him to come and pick up his packet which also comes with an interview date (usually 3 months from the time the packet is picked up). If he hasn't received a letter telling him to p/u the packet within 30 days, CALL them. We experienced a small glitch while waiting for our packet invitation too, but if you stay on top of it, you'll have it soon.

Our case completed Wednesday, 5/13 and when I called Friday, I was told "due to the interviewing capacity at the Ghana Embassy, there were no dates available in June, but to call back after the second week of June for a possible interview date in July". So I'm on the waiting list as well, but I am so grateful to God that we've made it this far. Just know that you are not alone and I'll keep us all lifted in prayer for interview dates in JULY!!!!!

Thanks so much for your reply, you're right, we are NOT ALONE, we must remember that only miles separate us, but our thoughts and prayers embrace us. we have a fellow Ghana VJ member with an interview date tomorrow, at the Ghana Embassy. let us all hold them in a devine light tomorrow. thanks again for your kind reply. I'm waiting as well. i was told that we wont get a date for June, so hopefully July!

Its good to see I am in good company waiting for our interview. I know how disheartening it is waiting on the interview, each month, I call during the 2nd week only to be told, not this time. So I am now waiting with the rest of you for a July interview.

I have a question regarding picking up the package, does this only apply to those who filed for k-1 and k-3, or is there also a package for the cr-1. I didn't think so, but maybe this is part of our problem.
