NVC AVR response question

I already send DS-230 and all the documents listed on the check list from NVC but the AVR is saying that they are missing the biographics forms from the petitioner, What does that means?????? Any body have an idea or thats just normas since they recieved my overnight package on yesterday (friday) !

It usually takes awhile for your paperwork to be entered into their system, even though they have received it overnight. They issue a "false RFE" when they finished reviewing the I-864 and the DS-230 is not there yet according to the system. Call the NVC and an operator will let you know if that's what happened. Usually they will tell you that you just have to wait until the DS-230 is entered into the system and it will be fine.

Yes but the thing is that system is saying that NVC is waiting to recieved to biographics forms from the petitioner, are they referring the whole package becuase as far as I know I'm the petitioner a US citizen and I can't find anything that says that I have to submmit a copy of my passport along with the DS-230 form and documents only a copy of the beneficiary passport biographic page.

Give me your thoughts!!

my case completed on 05/12/2009 although i sent my ds-230and received on 05/01 the avr had same msg till 05/08 all it means that they have received your i-864 but have not received your ds-230.give it some times it may also change to " we have reviewed your package of information and found some information missing or incomplete " that msg means they have completed review of i-864 but ds-230 has not been reviewed or received =check my time line

I sent my DS230 packet on may 13th by overnight package and the tracking showed it was delivered on the 14th but the AVR was saying the same message of missing document till today.Yesterday I spoke to an operator and she said they get a lot of packages daily and it takes a while to be entered in to the system.

Today the AVR message turned to they received it and is under review so hopefully yours will also be in soon .Sometimes the message does not change for a while but thats ok too,u can also call the operator by monday to confirm.

I did not send my passport copy as the website only needs us to send copy of passport of beneficiary .

Hope this helps and we all hear the magical words CASE COMPLETE soon without any more RFE

Yes, mine is saying the same thing and I haven't sent in the DS 230 yet, so it probably isn't put into their system yet or the AVR hasn't been updated yet.

We received an email on the 14th saying the DS-230 was missing. According to the AVR, our DS-230 was entered into the system on the 14th of May as well.

It just takes a day or so for them to catch up.

Here's to a speedy path to Case Complete for us all.

I sent the DS-230 package on May 14th as well hopefully our cases will be completed soon!!!! let's kee in touch to see the progress!

The AVR is saying the samething for me. I just sent my DS230 overnight on Tuesday and someone signed for it on Wednesday, but they still have not entered it into the system. When I spoke to the live representive on Thursday she informed me that they were referring to the DS230. From what I have notice it normally takes 5 to 7 days before they enter it into their system.

NVC and operator are both different. AVR is not updated sometimes and even the operator... sigh...

They are only messengers becuase the just read whatever is on their computer screen, it would be better is they can come up with an online website where you can access your case and see your case progress and call an operator if you see a probrem or a questions which I'm sure that will aliviate their heavy calls traffic, but from what I read they have been improving and provably they will come up with more changes sometime in the future for the benefit of future applicants to speed up their painful journey.
