I want to make sure on my facts. I be going over to see my wife and my wife will be Ovulating at that time I am there. We dont have plans to use control and let Buddha decide if she gets pregnant or not. Can she come to usa without getting her immunization. She had them before but her mom lost the papers.

Thanks

Is this her last time ovulating? Why not just wait until she comes here? This whole process is already a pain in the a$$. Doing it pregnant cant be much fun.

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

Well on top of it we have a 3 month old son. she is already buying maternity clothes preparing for the next one. She love kids and this is her dream, a family with a good husband. We don't want to put our lives on hold waiting of the US Government also.

she needs to get a waiver and after the baby she can then get the immunization done...

where would get get the waiver for USA or the embassy ?

I believe you would get the waiver from the "panel physician" doing the medical at either BNH or Bumramgrad (if in Bangkok). Suggest you email the embassy regarding the situation (if she is confirmed to be pregnant at the time of the medical exam) and ask them about getting the waiver as they will make the determination regarding the visa.

Well we use Bumrungrad, its a great hospital, We had our son there. How do you contact the embassy, when I send them a email about a question they say they will only answer if have an open case with them.
