please help my application got denied today I have not gotten the letter from then but I got an email saying is denied

in the letter they will explain to me my options and the reason for been denied , but what are my options my impression and

I have not seen the letter is because I did not submitted a bunch of info in the original application mail in I did not included the g325a

the passport pictures or proof of outgoing relations yes tell me I dint read the instrutions and I know I will have to pay another 455 dollars to filled again

can I turn around and mail a correct package now with all that info following the rules and guides that I seen here or is there another way of doing this now

I'm assuming you are talking about the fiance petition? If you were denied by the USCIS then you will have to submit another application with all the information that they are requesting with the additional fee of $455.00. Sorry that this happen to you but we learn from our mistakes.

Lets clear one thing up. Denied? Or rejected?

If denied it means you also did not receive or ignored RFEs for the missing documents. Why? If that is the case it means you will have to start over, do it right this time, and send them another check for $455.

If rejected it means your petition was so lacking it is just being sent back for you to complete, check and all. Either way, you need to put it together properly and send it back. Read the guides, forums and instructions or contact a reputable visa service (not an attorney you don't need one) and let them help you

A lawyer, or at least someone who will be sure you read the instructions and follow them carefully. If you were really denied, just start over and pay the piper again.

A lawyer, or at least someone who will be sure you read the instructions and follow them carefully. If you were really denied, just start over and pay the piper again.

The initial petition is a piece of cake compared to getting ready for the interview, AOS and removing conditions.

Really! If it was rejected, you were not charged the $455 fee. If it was denied, you have a right to appeal. Which you should do

If it was simply rejected, as I presume it was, just add the missing documents and resend with a new check/money order, no big deal. If it was DENIED, you should have received info on how to appeal the decision, so follow that course of action.

Why Not?

Because he may be wasting another $455 by wrongly assuming the reason for the rejection or denial. A "denied" petition cannot be rectified by submitting missing documentation. Was it rejected or denied? Wait to find out and formulate your plan then.

Sounds like it was not denied...it was "rejected" If so they will send it back with the check. Do it properly and try again. Read the instructions, you have -0- chance of success if you don't.
