On the uscis site it has the spreadsheet on processing dates and updates monthly, ie right now its processing March 31, 2009. How do I know what I am when my first k1 notice is RECEIVED DATE, then NOTICE DATE. How do I use the uscis guideline? ie My Received date is April 27, 2009 and Notice date is May 7th, 2009, am I a APRIL OR A MAY?

Thanks

Allison.

I don't think that is what it means. I think that is the last time they updated their website. I find it hard to believe they are processing March since none of the regular March filers (meaning non-expidite) have been approved. We are March filers are were told by USCIS yesterday that they have not even looked at our paperwork.

Correct the OP is referring to the date the processing times were updated on the webpage.

Your NOA1 date is April 27. You are an "April", which is Saggitarius, or Leo or something. Right? April 27th is the day they received it and booked it in the system. The NOA1 is a "receipt" really nothing more. It was printed on May 7th. The update of March 31 indicates they are working on A case(s) dated March 31, not ALL cases dated March 31.
