Infopass unavailable, I-797 to expire

Hi,

What is there to be done if there are no infopasses given at this time in Atlanta,

his extension paper is to expire in 3 weeks,

Annnd the case online says our Receipt number is invalid so I cant get info that way eitherrrr.

I am so thru with uscis, the cust. serv. rep said I can't just walk in the office with

no appmt.....but they aren't giving any now....

any advice anyone?

I think you & your hubby could go down with a copy of his expiring extension. Your husband must be present since its technically his pending case. They may not let you in, but its worth a try. Also, besides the Atlanta office, is there any other office within a few hours? Perhaps you can try an appointment at another location.

Had the same situation. No available appt in ATL. They will not see you without an infopass appt. I tried. I had to use the infopass machine in the lobby outside and it gave me an appt for 2 weeks later. If all else fails, you might try making an appt there.

I guess we will be making a lobby appmt on Monday.

I am just tired of the hassle they put you through on top of

their outrageous fees!!
