I am just wondering how long it takes for NVC to accept your emailed choice of agent? Do they email you to notify you that it was accepted or do you have to speak to an operator at NVC and ask them?? Thanks!!

On Average 7-10 days....yes they do email you that it has been accepted ot u can always ask operator to check...

Jul 24,09 Pending,you can call every day for update but the day they call him for passport it means something is up so you get to know it before we do

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

You can also call to make sure they received it and it's in their system because I sent an email and then a week later nothing and called and he asked me to send it again with ATTEN:ACL in the heading and then within hours it was accepted.

I emailed and called after 12 days nothing happened and decide to overnight a sinned copy and the very next day it was loaded onto the system. With this I suggest every body to do both ways email and mail. It was recommended on the guide and it sure payoff.
