[4:46:05 PM] Marie Khachane: me and my fiance filed for the second time even though we are still waiting for an answer from the congressmans office cos we did not want to take the chance of waiting for another 1-3 months to see if we had to file again we already waited 1year and we filed on 5/5/09 over nited it to them in vermont center and they got it 5/6/09 at 12:13pm and today we got our frist NOA1 and when we tried to put it in the uscis system it says our reciept number does not exists yet what does this mean it does not exists? does anybody know how long it takes for them to put it into the system to see your status?
