I entered the US in 1999 with a tourist visa, I overstayed since but my father has become a US citizen in the last six months, could you please help me with indicating the documents that I need to file?

also my children and my husband who came with me will be beneficiaries, will I have to file an application for each?

thanks

Responding in English to your original question:

if you entered on a tourist visa and have overstayed, the only way to have said overstay forgiven -and not guaranteed- is through marriage to a US citizen.

Your father could petition for unmarried sons or daughters 21 or older. This is the guide.

Oh, and a little politeness goes a long way. If you have all the answers, do not bother asking.

I preceded my reply with "pardon" if that is not enought politeness, then sorry
