you need to go back and demand, there is no way someone at the bottom to deny your request to speak to someone higher, there has to be someone running that place...

she said that there was no one else that we could speak to and so i got a little loud, she said thats it ur appointment is over

its really a waste of time up there

Sorry it didn't go better Sara.

We had no luck with Infopass either. They told us nothing but the case was pending at our appointment. The next day the senator told me that our case was in background checks. Infopass wouldn't even tell us that the case was in background checks. Maybe they didn't even know, or they just don't care. I suspect the latter.

thank u all of ur for ur kind words, hugs, and prayers.

i guess i just expected better behavior, more knowledgeable, and at the very least more courtesy from the people at the federal building...........kind of makes me wonder why we have to pay them if all they can do is read what is on the computer screen kind of puts them in my mind anyways on the same level as customer service that u call at the service centers........a waste of our dollars.
