If you mean how long until you get the little green card back from USPS - for me it was approx. 4-5 days. If you mean how long until you get your NOA -- it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days ... and then some. The advice given on this forum is to wait 30 days before making any phone calls about it.

For me though ... the big thing was when my cheque was cashed because at that point I KNOW that somebody has at least gone through the package for completeness and that I hadn't forgotten to sign anything important.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father
2021
Apr 21 - Biometrics appt.

2022
May 2 - Interview

May 20 - Naturalization ceremony

I received my NOA in the mail yesterday, 16 days after my application arrived at CSC. It was issued the day my package was delivered.

07/26/2007 Interview Day 86 Approved

08/06/2007 Green card received Day 97

04/28/2009 I-751 delivered to CSC Day 1

07/20/2009 Approval notice issued Day 83

07/22/2009 Received card production email Day 85

07/27/2009 Received green card & approval notice Day 90
